Here are some examples of renovations that were tenant specific at the Riverbank Industrial Complex.

California Highway Technology needed lots of space......We renovated a large area to suit their needs!

 

This is the area California Highway chose to lease.  

We immediately went to work  customizing the area to fit their criteria...

And in no time at all California Highway  Technology was able to hang their "Open for Business" sign!

LMC came to us with very specific needs and we easily accommodated them. Since moving into the Complex, business has been so good, LMC has expanded six times!

Pacific Coast Machining and Manufacturing began as a incubator business but had shown enough growth to expand twice after moving to the Complex.
With such a variety of companies within the Complex, many tenants have begun doing business with each other. One example is Sierra Railroad and California Highway Technology.
